We are seeking an Insurance Advisor to support contract reviews, insurance placements, and policy administration across international construction and real estate projects. You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external insurance professionals to ensure the right insurance coverage is in place and effectively managed throughout project lifecycles.
Our client is a major international player in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. Your Task
- You will act as a key advisor on project insurance matters, ensuring all contractual and operational risks are covered appropriately
- Support project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle—from tender to completion
- Review insurance clauses in tender contracts, and assist in preparing and validating insurance proposal files
- Collaborate with brokers to ensure that proposed coverage meets the terms required by the contract
- Review insurance policy documents during the execution phase to verify compliance with agreed conditions
- Monitor insurance coverage and follow up with administrative and technical updates during project progress
- Assist the Director of Risk & Insurance in overseeing the insurance aspects of projects under annual corporate programs
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams on any project-related insurance queries
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Law, or related field
- Previous experience in an insurance company, brokerage, or corporate insurance department is a plus (5+ years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, with an organized and proactive approach
- Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Dutch is required
