As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the entire team and overseeing the design, planning, and budgeting of large infrastructure projects. Your expertise will also contribute to our internal knowledge and innovation platforms.
Our client is a market leader in the Digital Engineering sector with a focus on complex infrastructure projects and other ground and road works. With operations in Belgium and the Netherlands, and other international countries, they offer interesting geographical coverage and a wide range of career opportunities.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for entire Infra design and substantive management of the team on large infrastructure projects;
- Oversight of planning, budgeting, and design process;
- Contribution to internal knowledge and innovation platforms based on expertise;
- Collaborates with management in customer acquisition and relationship maintenance;
Your Profile
- NL: HBO degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
- BE: Master's degree in Industrial Sciences or Architecture;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Road Designer or in a related position;
- Strong knowledge and experience in the design process of large infrastructure projects;
- Extensive experience with design processes and System Engineering within integrated contract forms;
- Experienced in coaching team members on design software and adherence to design standards in road design;
- Proven ability to contribute to organizing planning, capacity, and budgeting;
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills;

- Dutch, required
- English, optional but an advantage
