With a turnover of billions of euros and a strong in-house Engineering Department, the company provides expertise in geotechnical engineering, concrete technology, methods, planning, and BIM.
As a BIM Designer, you will be responsible for 3D modeling, technical drawing production, and BIM coordination to support large-scale construction projects.
Your Tasks
- 3D Modeling: Independently model structures and components with high technical accuracy.
- Technical Drawings: Extract and produce detailed construction drawings from 3D models.
- BIM Standards Compliance: Ensure graphical deliverables align with ISO 19650 and project requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate to resolve modeling and technical challenges.
- Quality Control: Perform QA/QC checks to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Innovation & Optimization: Stay updated with new BIM technologies and improve workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Support and guide other BIM team members when needed.
Your Qualities
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of BIM modeling experience, ideally in civil engineering projects.
- Software Proficiency: Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla (knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus).
- Parametric Design: Experience with Dynamo or Grasshopper.
- BIM Coordination Tools: Familiarity with Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC Platform is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Rigorous, solution-driven, and highly organized.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and provide guidance to colleagues.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch; English or French (at least one) is required.
