Als Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de administratieve ondersteuning van onze klant, specifiek de Afdeling Bouw.
Onze klant is een belangrijke speler in de bouwsector in België, actief in het ontwerp en de engineering van duurzame bouwprojecten. Met een internationale aanwezigheid bieden ze een breed scala aan loopbaanmogelijkheden.
Jouw Taken
- Verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen en beheren van verschillende werkdocumenten in het kader van lopende projecten;
- Toezicht houden op administratieve processen op de afdeling bouw;
- Betrekken en opvolgen van correspondentie van betrokken documenten bij lopende projecten;
- Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van offertes en 'As Built'-bestanden;
- Samenwerken met Human Resources voor eventueel benodigde werkgerelateerde documenten.
Jouw Profiel
- Bachelor diploma in Bedrijfsmanagement of een verwant vakgebied;
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Vaardigheid in Navision en/of ERP is een voordeel;
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en vasthoudende aanpak ten opzichte van nieuwe uitdagingen;
- Gedreven en gepassioneerde houding.
