Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead key asphalt and maintenance projects across the Netherlands. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring high-quality execution while balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder interests.

What You’ll Do:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive work packages and organize project structures based on maintenance requirements, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify financial risks early on, ensuring proactive risk management to safeguard the project’s financial health.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of approximately 10 employees, with potential for growth. Ensure optimal deployment for projects that may take place during weekdays, nights, and weekends.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Opportunity Identification: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage opportunities to enhance project outcomes and foster continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the infrastructure sector.
- Education: A higher professional or university degree in a technical field, preferably Civil Engineering.
- Leadership Skills: A natural leader with strong communication skills and a sensitivity to organizational dynamics.
- Strategic Insight: A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to structure projects and make data-driven decisions.
- Result-Oriented: Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances, always aiming for the best possible outcomes for both the company and the client.
