Our client, an ambitious international company, is looking for an Underground Infrastructure Planner in Moerdijk. You'll prepare large-scale projects for pipelines (water, heat, hydrogen, CO2), ensuring smooth execution.
About the Role:
As an Underground Infrastructure Planner, you’ll take ownership of project preparation, from analyzing tender documents to ensuring materials are delivered on time. Your expertise will be crucial in developing work plans, managing permits, and tracking costs, ensuring the seamless handoff from planning to execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Analysis: Review project execution methods and phases, drafting specific work plans to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Technical Preparation: Manage the general and technical preparation of projects, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards and internal quality protocols.
- Procurement: Prepare purchase lists for materials, equipment, and subcontracting, and independently request, compare, and select the best offers.
- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate execution risks, ensuring project timelines and quality are maintained.
- Permit Coordination: Draft and coordinate work permits, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Meetings: Participate in internal and client meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Your Profile:
- Education: You have a higher education (HBO) level in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience: You bring relevant experience from similar roles, ideally within underground infrastructure projects such as cables or pipelines.
- Skills: You are a strong communicator and a proactive team player, with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement. Your ability to empathize with the execution team ensures practical and well-planned project preparations.
- Competencies: You are flexible, pragmatic, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
