As part of the project team, the Work Planner will be responsible for preparing and coordinating civil works, ensuring efficient execution, cost control, and alignment with project goals.

Your Task
- Project Preparation: Review, verify, and adjust technical drawings from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Method Optimization: Develop and implement the most effective work methods for execution.
- Procurement & Cost Control: Calculate material needs, handle purchasing, and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Scheduling & Progress Monitoring: Create project planning schedules and track construction progress and costs.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as the link between the on-site execution team and external stakeholders.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works adhere to safety regulations and contractual requirements.
Your Profile
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in civil works, with experience in public tenders and relevant legislation.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction planning, cost estimation, and procurement processes.
- Communication: Proactive and capable of building strong internal and external networks.
- Mobility: Willing to work across East and West Flanders.
Languages
- Dutch - Required
- French - Not required but a plus
- English - Not required but a plus
