As the Director – Rebar & Formwork Plant and Services you are responsible for leading the rebar and formwork plant’s operations, strategy, and financial performance. This includes optimizing production, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing a smooth transition from the retiring director.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the rebar and formwork division, driving growth and efficiency.
- Oversee plant operations to increase production capacity and improve service delivery.
- Enhance commercial opportunities by expanding both internal and external client engagement.
- Introduce lean methodologies, automation, and best practices to elevate operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain key quality certifications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-15 years in rebar and formwork manufacturing or construction services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of rebar fabrication, formwork systems, and construction methodologies.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in plant management, operational optimization, and financial oversight.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
