As an experienced, all-around Site Superintendent, you will oversee the progress and quality of all the construction activities - from foundations, concrete, structural and finishing works. Your proven experience in site management and knowledge of building construction will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Our client is a large EU general contracting company, active in the construction and engineering of buildings, civil works and infrastructure.
Your Tasks
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operation of the site in terms of safety, construction activities and organization;
- Responsible for the quality delivery of the phases of projects within timeframe;
- Implement high standard of methodology in construction implementation and practices;
- Monitor project labor productivity and conduct periodic project inspections;
- Coordinate and maintain quality control procedures;
- Attend internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Have a bachelor's degree or HBO degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar field;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the engineering or construction sector and project realizations;
- Have completed VCA-VOL certification;
- Have hands on knowledge in the field of dismantling;
- Have proficiency in planning techniques like Primavera or MS projects; knowledge in BIM and inspection programs is a plus;
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
