Be part of a multidisciplinary project team contributing to the development of a major industrial facility in Belgium. The project involves extensive concrete works and structural elements and is scheduled for completion by early 2027. The company driving this effort is known for delivering complex construction projects across Europe and beyond, with a strong focus on execution quality and hands-on site leadership.
As part of the team, the Site Superintendent will be responsible for leading on-site civil works, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the practical coordination of concrete activities, materials, and timelines to guarantee a safe, timely, and cost-effective execution.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of site execution for civil and concrete structures.
- Independently manage daily activities, ensuring quality and safety on-site.
- Mentor and support junior superintendents in:
- Concrete pouring techniques
- Constructibility and sequencing
- Scaffolding use and site safety practices
- Oversee all material orders and guarantee just-in-time deliveries to avoid downtime.
- Ensure site operations align with overall planning and project goals.
- Communicate closely with logistics, HSE, and technical teams to resolve day-to-day challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience in concrete and civil works supervision.
- No engineering degree required – senior foreman profiles with leadership experience are welcome.
- Ability to lead field teams with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially around materials and subcontractor timing.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on constructibility and execution efficiency.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in masonry supervision, including coordination with bricklayers.
- If not, the project team will hire a second superintendent to cover masonry-specific tasks.

Work Conditions
- Freelance-only engagement.
- Full-time on-site presence required.
- Must have own vehicle and operate independently within a larger site team.
