Key Tasks
- Ensure continuous operation of installations and provide immediate repairs in case of breakdowns.
- Conduct initial diagnoses and implement necessary measures based on available information.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate cooperation.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and project works.
- Communicate regularly with all parties involved on-site and manage safety and quality.
- Monitor technical installations daily via the building management system and take appropriate actions.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors working on-site.
Skills & Qualities
- Degree in Measurement and Control Engineering HVAC or equivalent experience.
- Safety-conscious, quality-oriented, and driven to continuous self-improvement.
- Strong team player with excellent coordination skills.
