An an experienced Site Manager for significant civil works, you will lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects. With a strong technical background and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, you will ensure project success through effective leadership, communication, and change management.
Your Tasks
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards as per the project plan.
- Enforce safety protocols throughout the project duration.
- Prepare deviation reports for any changes in implementation and the project plan.
- Supervise and coordinating third-party activities as specified in the work plan.
- Identify and addressing planning conflicts across different disciplines.
- Conduct Lean meetings to facilitate optimal integrated planning.
- Ensure adherence to VCA and ISO standards.
- Maintain close oversight of suppliers and internal teams under your supervision.
Your Profile
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, in complex civil work.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and change management skills, with the ability to motivate, delegate, and coordinate effectively, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure accountability at all levels of the project.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Project is a plus.
Language(s)
- Must be fluent in Dutch
- With good knowledge of French/English
