BIM Modeler - CAD Draftsman Buildings and/or Civil Works

As a BIM Modeler, you will demonstrate your strong BIM skills and collaborate with a team of engineering professionals. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience on infrastructure projects.
Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering company based in Belgium specializing in civil works, infrastructure works and complex building projects. With projects in Belgium, EU and abroad, they offer a wide range of career opportunities.
Your Task
- Set up, manage, share and adjust 3D models in accordance with the established methodology;
- Responsible for drawing up and making changes to the plans and models;
- Collaborate with calculators for various architectural and infrastructure projects;
- Initiate quality improvement, knowledge building and knowledge sharing;
- Contribute to the further development of BIM strategy.
Your Profile
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in construction, civil engineering, applied architecture, or related field;
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience from an engineering or architectural firm;
- Have a good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; familiar with Civil 3D and other drawing packages is a plus;
- Have good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Have excellent design skills and knowledge;
Languages
- Dutch, required (or actively learning Dutch)
- English, required
- French, optional
- EU citizens interested to work and live in Belgium and fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge in French and English is a plus.
