As a BIM Modeler Stability, you will be part of the Structural Engineering team working on the technical BIM concepts for various building projects.
Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering company based in Brussels and Ghent (Belgium) active in architectural design and structural engineering of complex buildings.
Your role
- set up a BIM model based on a sketch or preliminary design;
- prepare and manage Revit models in accordance with the established methodology;
- responsible for the drawing up and modeling of the technical concept in the implementation of the stability studies;
- elaborate detailed design and implementation plans and time sheets;
- work closely with multidisciplinary teams;
You qualify because you
- have a bachelor's degree in construction, applied architecture, digital arts and entertainment (DAE) or related field;
- have relevant experience gained at a specialised engineering firm in stability;
- are highly skilled with Excel, Revit Structure and Rhino / Grasshopper;
- have a strong spatial and conceptual insight;
- are accurate, stress resistant, a team player, and problem solver;

- Dutch, required
- French, optional
- English, optional
- EU citizens interested to work and live in Belgium and fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge in French and English is a plus.
You will be based
- Depending on where you live and your mother tongue (Dutch, French, English), you can be based in Brussels or Ghent. There is also the possibility to do home working and flex working by using a satellite office.
