As the Project Leader, you will be responsible for the complete project management of renovation and restoration projects, from planning to execution. You will oversee the project’s progress, ensuring that it stays within the scope, budget, and timeline. We are looking for candidates with significant experience in restoration and renovation.
Our client is a leading contractor in Belgium, specializing in the construction, renovation, and restoration of various projects. They operate both locally and internationally, offering diverse career opportunities within the construction industry.
What you’ll do
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the planning, quality, safety, and budget are adhered to.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring their vision is successfully integrated into the project.
- Manage a team of operational employees and/or subcontractors, ensuring the right resources are in place.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, quality, and environmental policies throughout the project.
- Monitor project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee the technical and complex aspects of project implementation and provide expert guidance to the team.
You will qualify because you
- Hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction.
- Have several years of experience in project management within renovation and restoration projects.
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Are a proactive team player with strong leadership capabilities.
Languages
- Dutch, required
- French, required
- English, optional but an advantage

- On the project location in Flanders and/or at the Brussels office
