Our client is a leading international construction and engineering group delivering complex infrastructure and industrial projects worldwide. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and innovative solutions, the company is expanding its presence in South America.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Engineer (TOE) to support project execution in Brazil. You will play a key role in coordinating between design, site teams, and project stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of works.
What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve design and site execution issues.
- Prepare and validate quantity take-offs, material lists, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress, reporting deviations and proposing corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
- Support procurement and subcontracting by providing technical input.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth technical workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Master's or a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer on infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, quantity calculations, and cost control.
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in an international project environment.
