Our client, a rapidly growing and forward-thinking international company, is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join their expanding HR Talent Team. This is more than just a recruitment role; it’s a strategic position focused on building the employer brand, driving recruitment innovation, and supporting the growth of the company through the attraction of top talent.
About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s recruitment strategy and enhancing its employer brand. Working closely with the Talent Manager and two fellow recruiters, you will develop creative approaches to increase the inflow of experienced professionals. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's growth by contributing fresh, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Innovative Recruitment: Craft and implement cutting-edge strategies to attract experienced talent, constantly exploring fresh methods beyond the usual channels.
- Elevate Employer Branding: Spearhead creative campaigns that boost the company’s visibility and appeal to top-tier candidates.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, offering strategic insights to meet their specific recruitment needs.
- Talent Outreach: Build and manage talent pipelines while engaging in job fairs and organizing recruitment events.
- Streamline Processes: Drive improvements in recruitment workflows, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring experienced professionals and developing recruitment strategies.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and persuade. A proactive, results-oriented mindset paired with a hands-on approach.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and a passion for contributing to team success.
- Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Dutch, with professional proficiency in English and French.
