As a BIM 4D/5D Planner, you will develop and maintain project schedules using advanced BIM software. You will work closely with a project team to identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative and complex infrastructure projects within a dynamic and inclusive work environment, making a significant impact on the company's digital engineering initiatives.
Key Tasks
- You will support technology implementation services for the whole life cycle of infrastructure projects, including pre-contract, construction and handover;
- You will continuously monitor and update project schedules to reflect changes in the project scope, timeline, or budget;
- You will support BIM coordination activities in 3D/4D/5D environments;
- You will integrate project data and BIM models into business intelligence systems for reporting and analysis;
- You will collaborate on the preparation of BIM documentation and maintain data analytics tools to enhance project performance and efficiency.
Skills & Qualities
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management;
- Have at least 5 years of experience in 4D BIM planning and construction management;
- Have strong command of BIM software products including Revit Structure, Navisworks, Synchro, etc;
- Have an experience with scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, is a plus.
Languages
- Dutch, required
- French, optional but an advantage
- English, optional but an advantage
EU citizens previously worked in Belgium who are fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge in French and English is a plus.
