As a BIM Modeler Industrial Buildings, you will be part of the project team working on the design process and responsible for setting up a BIM Model based on a sketch or preliminary design.
Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering company based in Brussels and Ghent (Belgium) active in architectural design and structural engineering of complex buildings.
Your Tasks
- Set up, manage, share and adjust Revit models in accordance with the established methodology.
- Responsible for drawing out and modeling the technical concept of the stability studies as well as the architectural elaboration.
- Initiate quality improvement, knowledge building and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the further development of BIM
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Your Profile
- Have a bachelor's degree in construction / architectural draftsman (or equivalent - graduate) or a bachelor's degree in applied architecture
- Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience at a specialized engineering firm or at an architectural firm
- Have a good knowledge in Revit Structure/Architecture
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Have a strong spatial and conceptual insight.
- Are accurate, stress-resistant, communicative/assertive and above all a team player and problem solver.
Languages
- Dutch, required (or actively learning Dutch)
- French, optional
- English, optional
- EU citizens interested to work and live in Belgium and fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge in French and English is a plus.
