As a Surveyor, you’ll be involved in the layout, measurement, and control of worksites located across Ghent and Antwerp. You’ll work independently and in coordination with project teams to ensure accurate surveying and data processing throughout the life cycle of energy infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lay out cable and pipe systems on-site using RTK GPS
- Perform as-built measurements and record updated layouts
- Implement on-site design modifications when required
- Prepare deployment and measurement data
- Process all collected data into technical drawings (AutoCAD)
- Oversee machine control systems installed on excavators
- Conduct drone flyovers (optional – training available if interested)
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Surveying or Geomatics
- Work experience is a plus, but junior profiles are welcome
- Skilled in RTK GPS systems, CAD software (AutoCAD), and digital measurement tools
- Knowledge of Total Station is a plus
- Precision and structure in your work; capable of meeting deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and analytical thinking
- Driver’s license (B) required
- Drone pilot certification is a bonus
Languages
- Dutch – Fluent
- English – Working proficiency is a plus
