As a QHSE Training & Communication Support professional, you will be responsible for developing and delivering health, safety, quality, and environmental (QHSE) training content while supporting internal communication initiatives within the QHSE department. You will play a key role in advancing digital risk management tools and fostering a culture of safety and compliance across the organization.

Your Task
- Designing and developing engaging training content aligned with QHSE goals and using appropriate digital tools
- Delivering internal QHSE training sessions as part of broader employee development programs
- Supporting internal communication efforts such as events, newsletters, and awareness campaigns in collaboration with the Corporate QHSE Director
- Assisting in the administration and development of training programs related to IOSH certifications (Working & Managing Safely)
- Collaborating on the digitalization of the QHSE Management System (OASIS platform), including developing training material and conducting rollout sessions
- Acting as a key support point for OASIS users, in coordination with the digital QHSE support team
- Helping to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption of QHSE digital tools across regional entities
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Communication, or a related QHSE discipline
- Prior experience in QHSE roles, ideally within the construction industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver training sessions confidently
- Creativity and user-centric thinking to tailor training content effectively
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities independently
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
- Digital fluency with MS Office, Windows, and SharePoint
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short assignments within the country
