Your Tasks
- Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring task allocation, progress tracking, and timely project delivery.
- Designing innovative technical solutions for underground infrastructure projects.
- Supporting execution teams by managing seamless design transitions and offering expert guidance.
- Collaborating with disciplines such as civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering for cohesive project execution.
- Securing required permits in coordination with environmental and legal teams.
- Upholding compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Acting as a key technical advisor for team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Crafting and overseeing project schedules and budgets.
- Applying Systems Engineering principles to organize client requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Staying ahead of emerging trends and technological advancements in the sector.
Your Profile
- A bachelor's degree (HBO) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Lead Engineer, with a track record of leading and managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of design and construction methodologies.
- Expertise in creating execution-ready designs from initial concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with additional software (e.g., PLE, geotechnical analysis tools).
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch underground infrastructure regulations and NEN3650/3651 standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with fluency in Dutch and English.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to succeed in traditional environments.
