Our client is a well-established, international construction company known for its ambitious and technically complex projects in civil and structural engineering. To reinforce their Buildings division, they are currently looking for an experienced Site Superintendent for a major structural project in Mons.
As a Site Superintendent, you will take operational leadership of the site, ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with planning and quality expectations. You will also act as a mentor to junior site supervisors.
Your Tasks
- Oversee daily site operations and lead the site team
- Supervise and mentor young site engineers and junior supervisors
- Monitor progress against project deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and logistical planning
- Attend and contribute to site meetings and provide accurate reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally in structural/building projects
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Languages
- French is required
- English is required
- Dutch is a plus
