As a BIM Modeler Building Techniques, you will be part of the project team working on the technical BIM concepts for various building projects.
Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering company based in Brussels and Ghent (Belgium) active in architectural design and structural engineering of complex buildings.
Your Tasks
- Set up a BIM model based on a sketch or preliminary design;
- Participate in the integration of complex buildings techniques in a BIM model;
- Set up, manage, share and adjust Revit models in accordance with the established methodology;
- Responsible for drawing up and modeling the technical concept for the execution of the special techniques studies;
- Take the initiative for quality improvement, knowledge building and knowledge sharing;
- Contribute to the further development of BIM;
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams;
Your Profile
- Have bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanical engineering, civil engineering, applied architecture or related field;
- Have previous experience with a company for special techniques;
- Well-versed in Revit MEP, Microsoft Excel, and BIM360;
Languages
- Dutch, required
- French, optional
- English, optional
- EU citizens interested to work and live in Belgium and fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge in French and English is a plus.
