Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de logistieke sector met focus op de bouwsector. Denk dan aan het transport van rollend materieel, maar aan ook afvalcontainers en recyclagemateriaal (hout, groenafval, betonpuin, grond, gipsafval, enz.).
Vanuit de uitvalsbasis in Halle bedienen ze klanten in de regio’s Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië.
Ter ondersteuning van de administratie, is onze klant op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende Facturatie met inzicht in cijfers.
Jouw functie
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten voor alle facturatie en administratieve vragen;
- Je zorgt er dagelijks voor dat de administratie piekfijn wordt opgevolgd binnen een uitdagende werkomgeving;
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het factureren en de bijhorende facturatieprocesssen (bijvoorbeeld: variabele BTW-stelsels, voorschotten, creditnota’s, enz.) ;
- Ervaring met facturatie/boekhoudkundige software is een pluspunt;
- Je bent een zelfstarter;
- Je bent organisatorisch en commercieel (klantgericht) sterk;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans (voldoende om Franstalige klanten te woord te staan);
- Je hebt een goed kennis van het MS Office Pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook, enz.);
- Nieuwe softwareprogramma’s aanleren is geen probleem;
- Je bent bereid om in Halle te werken;
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld;
