As a Technical Office Engineer – Energies, you will be responsible for the technical and administrative preparation of energy-related projects on-site. You will ensure that work is organized efficiently and executed according to plan. You act as the link between external contractors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and the project team.
What you’ll do
- Prepare the technical and administrative aspects of projects, including cost tracking, requests for quotations, and progress reports.
- Develop detailed work plans for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Organize and monitor welding activities and coordinate inspection agencies.
- Serve as the key contact point between external contractors, suppliers, and the internal project team.
- Support the project team by ensuring smooth execution through effective preparation.
- Report directly to the Project Manager.
What we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Electromechanics.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and precise way of working.
