Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Analyst to join our Digital team and play a key role in our Value Targeting & Digital Transformation Initiative which is a high-profile effort aimed at identifying, prioritizing, and executing transformational opportunities across the organization. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the chance to help shape the future of CAI through technology adoption, process reengineering, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
Value Targeting, Change Management & Opportunity Identification:
- Collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value opportunities for change management, process reengineering, and digital transformation (including AI, ML, automation).
- Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and market research to gather relevant business insights and operational challenges.
- Develop robust business cases that include ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Digital Transformation Roadmap Development:
- Assist in building and maintaining CAI’s Digital Transformation Roadmap, highlighting opportunities in AI strategy, machine learning, automation, and continuous process improvement.
- Support evaluation of emerging technologies and alignment with business objectives.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a key liaison between Digital and business units, ensuring professional, clear, and consistent communication.
- Present findings, business cases, and transformation roadmaps to small and large groups, including executive leadership.
- Synthesize and incorporate feedback to refine solutions and drive decision-making.

Change Management & Adoption:
- Identify organizational readiness needs and support change management initiatives that enable successful digital transformation.
- Track adoption metrics, flag risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure initiative success.

General Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement culture across CAI.
- Exhibit professionalism, business acumen, and strong relationship-building capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field).
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in management consulting, digital transformation, or business analysis roles.
- Experience developing business cases, managing change initiatives, and supporting technology adoption.
- Experience or exposure to AI Strategy, AI/ML opportunity identification, and/or digital enablement initiatives is highly preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Life Sciences industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfort presenting to senior leadership and large audiences is essential.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
Average base salary range - not including benefits, and discretionary bonus.
