HR Program Manager, Engagement and Communication

The Employee Experience and Communication Program Manager role will be responsible for
supporting the execution of Callisto Media People strategic priorities with a focus on leading the
employee experience initiatives and programs and developing communication and engagement
strategies and plans. This position will work in close partnership with the CPO.
Develop communication strategy, planning, and delivery in support of Callisto Media
portfolio of strategic projects and programs; articulate the change impacts of business
strategies and plans; integrate key messages and content aligning to the business
strategic priorities as a means of helping employees understand their role in executing
Callisto Media’s vision, mandate and priorities. Provide operational, consultative and communications assistance (drafting, editing,
guidance) to CPO, including internal and external communication support to Callisto’s
executives, ensuring approach and delivery promote a positive employee experience;
and where necessary are in accordance with CAPA standards and guidelines. Manage relationships with executives, colleagues and business partners to ensure
communications meet stakeholder needs. Plan, facilitate, communicate and execute all site-wide events (across two or more
locations), including monthly Town Hall, and other communication required by the HR
Lead and drive employee experience related initiatives, programs and strategies across
Callisto Media business.
Manage conference and event planning for Callisto Media Town Halls, strategic
business planning and quarterly leadership meetings.
Develop comprehensive Employee Experience communication strategies to drive
employee engagement and ensure deliverables are met.
Oversee and where necessary establish appropriate forums and mechanisms to solicit
support and engagement from Callisto Media teams; providing guidance to leads,
developing/reviewing the comprehensive critical path documents/budget/contingency
plan/project/communication plans to effectively and efficiently deliver high quality
Support and execute Callisto Media Employee Experience Strategy and plans
Counsel executives and management on communications best practices.
Contribute to setting objectives and metrics for employee survey and the employees and
managers on-site experience to ensure their needs are met, identify new site initiatives
to elevate the employee experience, and escalate issues pertaining to the site to
Facilities and/or HR, as needed.
Execute community engagement programs by providing employees with volunteer
opportunities to engage in various ways within the community, creating a culture of
giving back .
Drive employee wellness and perks through various campaigns, initiatives, and
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring best pricing and services. Review invoices for
accuracy and ensure invoices are submitted for payment timely.
Act as liaison to the Facilities team and IT when planning events requiring use of
Consider the needs of a multi-facility/multi-site operation and lead programs for the
needs of each while applying judgment as to which efforts should be consolidated,
across sites, and which should be implemented separately.
8+ years of relevant HR and program management experience
Experience working in a fast pace, accelerated growth environment.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities daily with the flexibility to adjust day as
Proven experience leading projects through to completion, applying judgment and
knowing when to escalate and ask for help
Be confident to present new ideas that will help lead our work environment forward
Communicate effectively, both in writing and orally with all levels and across all groups
within the organization
Be a team player and ready to help in a variety of areas, even those outside your scope
Be proactive – be able to anticipate needs and address them.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Experience working in a technical environment.
Experience managing projects and budgets.
Deep understanding and experience in employee communication and employee
Knowledge of program management lifecycle and project management
