Calypso AI Labs is our advanced applications team, focused on leveraging our unique technologies to enhance national security.
As Engagement Manager, Calypso AI Labs, you are the face of our delivery teams to our government customers. You will work between our science, engineering, product and sales teams to ensure customer expectations are not just met but exceeded. You will be responsible for the day to day functions of project and program delivery, customer relationship development and management, user feedback gathering and communication, and be the voice of the customer to key Calypso teams. You’ll also work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify, unlock, and action growth opportunities within or adjacent to your customer space.
Ideal Engagement Manager candidates will have experience such as:
Experience leading customer success efforts for enterprise technology companies
Deep relationships across USG or specific agencies / organizations
Experience gathering and communicating technical customer feedback to product and science teams
At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience, working with, mentoring, and setting priorities for diverse teams
Robust understanding of customer buying habits and processes, appropriate rules and regulations, and best practices for technology in federal markets
Active USG security clearance required
