Position Description
CamberView seeks an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide operational and administrative support in our New York office. Reporting to the General Counsel, the ideal individual will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and have the ability to exercise sound and independent judgment in a variety of situations and balance multiple priorities.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities
Administrative support: will support 3-4 senior advisory team members
Manages active calendars; including scheduling internal and external / client meetings
Manages all travel (i.e., airfare, hotel and ground) arrangements
Expense management: collecting and tracking receipts; compiling monthly reports
Document and meeting management: works with advisory team to prepare for meetings
 
Business Development
Salesforce (CRM) data entry & updating, pulling reports, etc.
Assists Partners in preparation for external engagements such as conferences and speaking engagements
 
Events:
Plans and executes internal company events and keeps track of budget
 
General:
Works closely with NY, SF and London Admin teams to set goals, objectives and practices
Provides back up support to Admin team members
Serves as mentor to junior admin team members
Assists the HR department with onboarding coordination and light assistance with recruitment coordination
Assists with facilities support such as IT and phone services/ troubleshooting and office supplies management
Phone coverage
Leads and executes ad hoc projects, as requested
 
Qualifications
A successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 5+ years of administrative experience and/or relevant work experience
Highly motivated and proactive self-starter that’s eager to work in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment
Demonstrates good judgment and makes sound decisions independently
Excellent problem solving skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail

Compensation
The position will provide a competitive base compensation and benefits package and an incentive bonus based on the individual's performance.
