Whether on YouTube,Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook or other platforms, you will create relationships with content creators and work with them from negotiation to posting and analyzing the impact of the campaign. You will test new ideas, manage your own projects and budgets, always looking for new ways to grow the number of Cambly students. You will use your analytical skills daily by analyzing results of your initiatives, learning from each action and generating new hypotheses to be tested. Define and execute local marketing acquisition strategy for influencer marketing
Qualify and negotiate rates with influencers. (# of Following, Engagement Rate, Feed Posts align with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
Draft project briefing documents (with the team’s guidance) so influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
Quality assurance on influencer content and airchecks prior to content going live
Escalate issues when appropriate regarding influencer contract negotiation and influencer deliverables
Gather content performance metrics directly from the influencers and import them into a tracking spreadsheet (total impressions, story views, engagements, etc.)
Responsible for media ROI and KPI targets of influencer promotion in the local market, identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
Collaborate and support team members on digital advertising, content marketing, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with a strong interest in social media
Native Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian/Malaysian speakers with excellent English communication skill
5 years of work experience, at least 2 years of end-to-end Influencer Marketing experience
Familiar with the operating attributes and rules of overseas social media platforms and experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn as influencer sourcing and outreach platforms
Be proactive, have a good spirit of teamwork and inter-departmental coordination ability
