- Reply & solve customers inquiries & issues through social media & email
- Collect feedback from students to improve the experience of Arab students
- Advise the product team on how to improve the learning experience for students in the Middle East
- Using customer insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor degree
- Work experience (minimum 1 year)
- Excited to help customers with day to day issues
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills
