The Position
You will help us manage the overall administration and HR related matters for the Korea team, including daily operations of the office, office purchase, event organization and planning, new-hire onboarding experience, and support daily financial processing.
We are looking for someone who’s organized, good at multitasking, passionate about creating an environment and experience that’s warm and welcoming for the employees, and is comfortable and confident in cross-team communications and collaborations.
<This role is based in Seoul, Korea. The candidate MUST be able to work in our Seoul office per company shifts/schedules. The candidate must also be a native speaker of Korean as well as being fluent in English. >
The Job
Daily HR and administrative duties including but not limited to employee onboarding and departure experience, recruitment process support, office operations, vendor management, event organization, purchase, etc;
Basic daily financial processing;
Contracts management for all types of employees;
Payroll and related compensation operations (attendance, welfare benefit etc.);
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager;
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR and Administration related fields;
Strong self-motivation, can work independently as well as working in a team;
Multi-tasking and communication skills;
