    • Reply & solve customers inquiries & issues through social media & email
    • Collect feedback from students to improve the experience of Arab students
    • Advise the product team on how to improve the learning experience for students in the Middle East
    • Using customer insights to improve customer satisfaction.


    • Bachelor degree
    • Work experience (minimum 1 year)
    • Excited to help customers with day to day issues
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills
