The Colleague Programmer is a fully billable subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the delivery of a particular statement of work in a defined service. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining the project approach and/or project plan, managing variance, leading team meetings, overseeing the validity and quality of deliverables, escalating issues appropriately, and sometimes working with Operations to staff the engagement appropriately. This role will specifically program within the Ellucian Colleague ERP system and the Chart of Accounts set up.

Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a delivery function or relevant client-side experience
    • 3-5 years' experience managing projects
    • Experience with Ellucian Colleague in a programming capacity
    • Experience setting up the Chart of Accounts within Ellucian Colleague
    • Good experience in client-facing roles
    • Experience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and C-Suite level executives
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
    • Ability to quickly solve problems
    • A positive upbeat attitude
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
    • Great organizational skills
    • Preferred: Cloud Skills, especially with Azure, PowerShell, and Active Directory synchronizations with Colleague (Identity Management)
