About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager for Guest Messaging, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the guest experience and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

    • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Canary’s AI-powered Guest Messaging platform
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, reliable, and high-impact features that help hotels automate and personalize guest communication
    • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption and deliver measurable customer outcomes
    • Deeply understand hotel staff workflows and guest needs through user research, customer interviews, and usage data
    • Leverage data and customer insights to prioritize product decisions and iterate on features that improve activation, engagement, and retention
    • Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
    • Define and track key success metrics aligned with product and business objectives
    • Stay current with trends in messaging platforms, AI, automation, and hospitality technology, bringing innovative ideas into the product

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of launching successful features that drive measurable results
    • Strong product intuition and customer empathy—you can identify valuable problems and craft elegant, effective solutions
    • Experience working on messaging platforms, communication tools, or workflow automation is a strong plus
    • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML products or in the hospitality industry
    • Data-informed but customer-obsessed—you use metrics to guide prioritization and feedback to shape product direction
    • A collaborative mindset—you work seamlessly with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to drive outcomes
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities and high expectations
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
$160,000 - $230,000 a year
The base salary range for our New York and SF offices for this role is $160,000-$230,000 annualized salary. This is subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s skill level, experience, and specific work location. This role may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity.
