We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our globally distributed Property Management System (PMS) Integrations Engineering team and drive the successful delivery of critical integrations that power our hospitality platform. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of technology and hospitality, working with some of the sector's biggest companies to expand and enhance our integration capabilities.

You'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to execute on our integration roadmap while managing relationships with external stakeholders from leading Property Management System providers. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at unblocking complex technical challenges, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Lead, you'll manage multiple concurrent integration projects - both new implementations and updates to existing integrations driven by customer requirements and new Canary product offerings. This role is fully remote!

Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with Engineering Lead and Product Manager to execute on integration roadmap
    • Manage multiple concurrent integration projects, including external communications, resource allocation and capacity planning
    • Facilitate all communication with external stakeholders, establishing clear milestones and deliverables
    • Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation for internal and external use
    • Participate in early-stage scoping conversations for new integration opportunities
    • Identify and proactively remove blockers that could impact delivery timelines
    • Work with external stakeholders across the global including US, EMEA and APAC

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment
    • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on schedule
    • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization concepts
    • Experience working directly with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
    • Solid communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
    • Expertise in breaking down large projects into milestones, managing deliverables, and tracking dependencies
    • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, making resource allocation decisions and informed trade-offs
    • Experience with product management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana
    • Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment

Bonus Points

    • Experience in the hospitality technology sector or with PMS/hotel systems
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • PMP or similar project management certification
    • Experience managing vendor relationships or B2B partnerships
    • Experience with OKR planning and execution
