Canopy Mortgage is an industry leader of low-cost online mortgage lending. Canopy has developed proprietary technology & systems that makes getting a mortgage both easier, and more affordable than ever before!

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical support for employees using the Canopy Mortgage proprietary loan origination system, Nano LOS. The ideal candidate will own, investigate, and resolve technical issues while working with cross-functional partners to improve our product. Additionally, this person will partner with our development team to support and improve our product, while assuring quality assurance protocols are followed.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Monitor and respond promptly to inquires using omni-channel communication systems (i.e., email, phone, video calls, chat)
    • Recommend enhancements for Nano LOS products that would improve the serviceability and operation of our offering
    • Participate in product Beta testing and provide feedback to our development team
    • Notify customers of current problems, the resolution, and clearly communicate new or upcoming changes to the LOS
    • Replicate and clearly document errors encountered and work with team members to find and implement solutions


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 4 years' customer service experience
    • Ability to demonstrate technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
    • Experience with SQL and GitHub a plus
    • Interest in IT industry and products
    • Strong omni-channel communication skills
    • Must work well in a team environment and be willing to share the load
    • Experience with Google Suite
    • Mortgage industry experience preferred
