Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a logistics coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time hourly position requires strong organizational abilities; a clean driving record; and ability to work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment. Prior shop/warehouse/logistics coordination or delivery driving experience is preferred, but not required.

Canvas is bringing automation to the construction industry. Our mission is to leverage technology to empower current trade workers to be dramatically more productive and free from repetitive, physically taxing, and dangerous tasks. Our small but growing team has spent the past two years engineering and developing a brand new type of machine and are now deploying on commercial construction projects. We need a logistics coordinator to support our deployments by delivering, maintaining, and organizing our materials, equipment, tools, and machines.


    • Pick up and deliver materials, equipment, and machines to job sites
    • Load and unload delivery vehicles
    • Oversee delivery and pickup of rental equipment on job sites
    • Ongoing coordination with project team on material orders
    • Receive all inbound equipment and clean, organize, and re-stage for the next delivery
    • Track and manage company tools and equipment inventory including purchasing, repairs, and oversight of check-in/check-out
    • Organize small tools and equipment
    • Coordinate maintenance, repair, and quarterly inspections of company vehicles
    • Manage forklift inspections and reports
    • Schedule and receive material deliveries in the shop
    • Order consumable materials and office supplies and maintain inventory of stock supplies
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized environment in shop


    • Clean driving record
    • Forklift certified or certifiable
    • Minimum 2 years of shop/warehouse coordination or similar experience
    • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with and communicate with a variety of teams
    • General mechanical skills for minor repairs a plus
    • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or GSuite a plus
    • The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made

    • Typical hours for the position are M-F from 5am-1pm

Following a conditional offer of employment, a motor vehicle record check will be conducted on all final candidates for this position since driving a motor vehicle is an essential job function. Thereafter, checks will be conducted annually.
