 As a Supervisor, you will:
 
Have vast knowledge of all social platforms, will translate marketing challenges into media opportunities. A true social native, this person should not only live and breathe social, but understand how social media connects consumers to brands. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
 
Paid Social Planning and Implementation
·       Ideate and plan Paid Social campaigns across relevant environments (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat)
·       Leverage social performance data to derive insights that inform strategic & tactical approach
·       Social experience in platform strategy and content creation a mandatory, with the ability to tie it back to wider campaigns
·       Collaborate on media and marketing recommendations using a holistic media approach
·       Continuously develop and improve procedures that will lead to more strategic/insightful plans and workflow improvements
·       Stay current on audiences, cultural trends, social media behaviors, and platform best practices
·       Proactively bring new and relevant opportunities to client to better the business and ensure breakthrough
 
Account Management + Other Responsibilities
·       General knowledge of other media channels with an emphasis on OOH and audio
·       Ensure that various groups work seamlessly and provide content that informs and supports the strategic direction
·       Monitor effectiveness and help to continuously show where we can strategically improve with data analysis and visualization

Qualifications:
·       Strong knowledge of all relevant social platform UIs and capabilities, relevant API management platforms and strong knowledge of Tier II vendors and capabilities
·       Demonstrated success in using the most advanced targeting/retargeting tactics in social media to drive client business objectives
·       Demonstrated expertise on all social marketplace offerings and opportunities including all ad units, targeting options/providers and inventory sources
·       Completed partner training (Facebook Blueprint / Twitter Flight School)
·       Must have a point-of-view on how to architect appropriate budget/investment levels across the consumer journey, using multiple partner products
·       Experience working closely with other media teams and mediums
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
·       3-5 years' experience buying social media advertising
·       Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate to internal managers and clients
·       Possess a robust and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to managers/direct reports
·       Adept at collaborating
·       Strong knowledge of all relevant platforms and API management platforms, i.e, Facebook/Instagram Campaign Planner, Twitter Ads Manager, Snapchat Open API, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads (AdWords)
·       High-level proficiency in MS Suite at-large (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
·       Previous experience in automotive preferred
 
 
Salary and Benefits
$85,000 - $95,000

Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.
