A vital administrative position within the Out of Home (OOH) team that supports the client on various OOH planning and maintenance. You will receive hands on training in traditional and digital OOH partners and executions, and work closely with the team to deliver all required materials to support recommendations and stewardship. In addition to specific client needs there will be some administrative requirements that span to the department and agency level (ex. meeting coordination). 

Responsibilities

    • Administrative & maintenance heavy role 
    • Management of maintenance across assigned account(s) 
    • Billing/Contracting including but not limited to: entering billing into the billing system, sending contracts and tracking receipt of countersigned contracts within the billing system, ensuring accurate invoices are received/assigned within the invoicing system, management of monthly trackers as applicable 
    • Facilitate trafficking for campaigns including but not limited to: production, trafficking deliveries of physical packages/digital files, installations/programming
    • Facilitate post reporting of campaigns including but not limited to collection of photos, videos, and/or other reports (ex. excel documents) 
    • Management of tracking documents (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.), including status 
    • Organize meetings for the department/team (virtual, in-office, offsite) 
    • Provide general administrative assistance for the department/team as needed 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree is highly preferred but not required 
    • Fluent in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) 
    • Innate curiosity and desire to learn 
    • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving 
    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) 
    • Acute attention to detail 
    • Highly organized 
    • Complete assigned projects in a timely manner 
    • Multitask across numerous projects/clients
    • Prioritize and reprioritize "to-do list” accordingly 
    • Build, foster and maintain strong relationships (internal/external) 
    • Collaborative team player (can work independently & as part of a matrix structure)  
    • Receptive to feedback and able to apply feedback moving forward 

$45,000 - $45,000 a year
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.
