As a Sr Specialist on the Out of Home (OOH) team your core responsibility will be to oversee planning 
and buying/maintenance across assigned clients and work closely with the team to deliver all required materials to support recommendations and stewardship. The Sr Specialist will drive strategic thinking and direction for OOH plans to ensure that recommendations meet client objectives and are rooted in sound rationale that aligns with the broader media plan. The Sr 
Specialist will also assist with hands training for Associates and Specialists within OOH specialty and Media overall.

    •  Autonomously manage day-to-day maintenance with little oversight
    • Oversight of maintenance across assigned account(s) 
    • Billing/Contracting/invoicing, trafficking and post reporting of campaigns 
    • Train direct reports to be self-sufficient to the point that they are able to manage the day-to-day maintenance on accounts with little to no oversight and then encourage/empower them to do so, once ready
    • Manage planning efforts, with support of the team, with little to no oversight, ensuring a high-quality level of work, of self and direct reports 
    • Understanding of basic media terms, concepts, and strategy 
    • Familiarity with OOH industry partners: Geopath & OAAA 
    • In depth knowledge of OOH formats, vendors and markets
    • Proficient in planning across a variety of OOH verticals: 
    • Required: traditional, tra-digital/digital, digital placed based 
    • Preferred: experiential, event partnerships/event targeted, traditional embellishments (ex. extensions, props/builds, illumination, etc.)
    • Participate in strategy development and brainstorming meetings with ability to work harmoniously with internal teams on projects from start to finish 
    • Develop and present strategic OOH plans/recommendations from inception through to completion based on sound strategy and research 
    • Steward OOH plans from inception through to completion 
    • Attend Industry and client-related functions and networking events, when necessary, while simultaneously balancing workload/deadlines
    • Participate in/attend meetings/trainings and/or market rides as needed

Qualifications

    • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving 
    • Self-starter who approaches workload with a positive attitude
    • Proactive (vs reactive) approach to projects/workload 
    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) 
    • Acute attention to detail 
    • Highly organized, including time management

Experience & Education:

    • Years of professional experience: 3+ 
    • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree is highly preferred but not required 
    • Familiarity with/intermediate/expert in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
    • Experience training and/or managing multiple direct reports
    • Prior employment at a media agency, preferably within OOH 
    • Experience buying and planning (not just one), preferably within OOH
$70,000 - $70,000 a year
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.
