Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic media planning and execution across paid social channels.
    • Drive innovation by identifying emerging platforms, technologies, and creative formats.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Analytics, Strategy) to develop integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
    • Oversee campaign development, including audience targeting, messaging, and performance optimization.
    • Guide and mentor team members on paid social best practices.
    • Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage team operations, including time-tracking, project management, and deliverable timelines.
    • Serve as a senior client contact, providing strategic guidance and presenting performance insights.
    • Lead client discussions on optimizations, testing, and new opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with platform policies, data privacy regulations, and brand safety standards.
    • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through innovation and cross-channel collaboration.
    • Maintain deep understanding of client business and translate it into actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

    • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholders.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to executive audiences.
    • Deep knowledge of paid social platforms and their evolving capabilities.
    • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and within a matrixed organization.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in paid social strategy and execution, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
    • Experience managing teams of 3+ and large media budgets across multiple platforms.
    • Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
    • Familiarity with ad serving and bid management tools (e.g., DCM, SA360, Sprinklr).
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
    • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, or similar platforms (preferred).
    • Professional demeanor and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
$100,000 - $115,000 a year
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
