As a Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our company's future growth and success. While supporting and empowering our leaders across the globe, you will also contribute hands on by developing the strategy of our People team and helping the business achieve our ambitious goals.

🚀 What you’ll do:

    • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define our company culture and weaving it through the organization
    • Establish structure, processes, and best practices for the People team to execute
    • Proactively identify opportunities for growing the scope and impact of the your team
    • Help us create a robust employer brand to attract top talent to our organization
    • Improve our organizational design while we scale and bring new people onboard

    • Learning & Development:
    • Empower our managers across the business with leadership skills and best practices
    • Build an executive and ownership mindset across the business to nurture a high performing culture
    • Identify skills gaps, setting a strategy, and building a hands-on plan that supports it

    • Compensation & Performance:
    • Share strategic expertise of compensation and performance standards across the business
    • Set a vision and strategy for our wider People team to keep raising the bar with our Performance and Compensation practices

🧠 What we are looking for:

    • Experience in executive leadership, strategic thinking, and intellectual curiosity
    • Strong L&D experience across different levels in the business. It's a plus if you have done executive leadership development
    • You've led top-performing teams at scale, and have a blueprint to help us achieve that
    • You've shaped an employer brand, defined culture, and possess the know how to structure these
    • You've taken a company through a growth period, scaling to ~300 people or more.
    • You've led People Teams in remote international environments and can help us define geographies for further expansion
    • Startup experience is a must
    • This role is New York City based
