🚀 The Job
• Develop and implement efficient payment processing workflows and procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Customer Support, to address payment-related issues and optimize processes as well as build out necessary functionality to deliver against our business objectives.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers, banks, and other financial institutions to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and explore new opportunities to further streamline and lower the cost of financial operations.
• Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting payment operations, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Drive initiatives to streamline payment operations, enhance customer experience, and support company growth objectives through innovation in our payment systems.

🧠 Required Experience/Skills
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a Payment Operations or payment systems position or similar role. 
• Previous experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or a similar field.
• Experience running multiple projects.
• Experience with cross-functional work, working closely with tech, finance and customer teams.
• Obsessed with metric monitoring, troubleshooting, but also building out infrastructure.
• Comfortable with fast paced environments.
• Curious about latest trends in payments / money movement
• Highly organized, experienced with managing numerous matters simultaneously and able to adapt to shifting priorities
