Position Overview
 
Cape Analytics is seeking a dynamic Office Manager / Bookkeeper for our Munich office.  The person will be the go-to person for all office management and operations and overall accountability to keep the office running smoothly.  In addition, this person will assist with some light bookkeeping/accounting work. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to wear many hats. This position will also require light event planning and overall executive and team support.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with accounting, finance, and tax duties on an ongoing basis which may include managing tallies of expenses, bank reconciliations, and any accounting related matters.Keep office organized, professional, and clean
Greet all visitors and manage onsite meetings and interviews
Support C-level executive and teams with various projects as needed.  
Coordinate and book travel and other associated activities
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Purchase and maintain inventory for office supplies and equipment
Coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities and maintenance issues
Maintain access badge and alarm system
Plan office events/parties/offsites
Keep office organized, professional, and clean
Work alongside US office manager to
coordinate large projects and international trips
Proactive in creating a positive and efficient office culture
 
Qualifications:
4+ years of Office Management/Coordination
Good understanding of math/accounting/finance principles
Must be detail oriented and organized
Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a dynamic attitude and the ability to work autonomously

Willing to support our team in California and other possible sites
Willing to travel a few times a year
