About the Role
As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be at the forefront of this transformation. You’ll get hands on experience building features from the beginning, engaging with our UI/UX team, and providing your own thoughts on how we can best expand this system. You will also be encouraged to engage with our users to see how excited our clients get when they interact with the platform. 

What you’ll do:

    • Be a technical resource to support colleagues; 
    • Design and implement frontend architecture of the web application; 
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers and the other engineering teams to design and launch new features; 
    • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection; 
    • Write modules to interface with third party services; 
    • Write unit tests for code that you create and review code from your peers to ensure best code quality; 
    • Help CapIntel run better as a team by providing feedback on our approach

Qualifications:

    • Multiple years of professional experience as a full-stack or front-end software developer; 
    • Multiple years of professional experience with a modern JavaScript web framework 
    • Experience working with ReactJS and Redux.js or a similar state management library; 
    • Good understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines; 
    • Experience with writing automated tests; 
    • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams under deadlines; 
    • An ambition to learn and to achieve, and a positive attitude; 
    • Provide mentorship for Junior and Intermediate Engineers in your section to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers

Bonus Experience:

    • Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems; 
    • Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural and propose thorough iterative solutions
