About the Role
Our team sells into the premier financial service brands in North America. We're seeking an experience Sales Leader to coach and mentor our team of sales professionals.

What you’ll do

    • Build and maintain an engaging culture that includes support, creativity, ownership and fun 
    • Build and own senior-level executive relationships; build relationships in partners’ organizations 
    • Guide the team to close new logos and grow with existing customers 
    • Play a key, pioneering role in maturing our GTM strategy footprint for North America 
    • Contribute to developing, implementing, managing our sales processes 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer success
    • Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem solve with external partners at all levels of the organization 

Qualifications

    • Multiple years of full cycle sales experience
    • Experience leading high performing B2B sales teams
    • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues 
    • Experience extracting impactful business insights from analyses 
    • Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape 
    • Solid stakeholder management skills, both for internal and external stakeholders 
    • Ability to manage across functions and present to leadership 
    • Creative problem-solver  

Bonus experience

    • Experience with a complex SaaS sales cycle
