Responsibilities:

    • Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required.
    • Promoting company's new products and service.
    • Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools.
    • Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights.
    • Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation.
    • Conduct in-person client meetings and represent the company at VIP events, industry conferences, and high-profile networking opportunities worldwide.

Requirements:

    • Fluent German Speaker is a must.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage.
    • Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to relocate at own expense; visa fees covered by the company if applicable.
    • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
