As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing actionable insights to drive our overall strategy. You will work closely with cross functional teams to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Your technical skills in data analysis, along with your strong background in math and statistics, will be crucial in optimizing our teams efforts.

Responsibilities

    • SQL querying: Build and refine SQL to pull, join, and clean large data sets for daily reporting and ad-hoc questions.
    • Python/R analysis: Explore data and build simple predictive models that flag risks or growth opportunities.
    • Dashboard upkeep: Create and update dashboards so teams can track key metrics at a glance.
    • Trend spotting: Surface patterns in trading and client data, then suggest concrete changes to boost revenue or cut waste.
    • Test design: Set up A/B tests with product and marketing, ensuring reliable results before full rollout.
    • Stat checks: Use core statistics to confirm findings are real, not noise.
    • Tool adoption: Try new data tools that shorten reporting time and improve accuracy.

Requirements

    • Data manipulation: Advanced SQL plus Python / R for querying, cleaning, and modelling large datasets.
    • Dashboarding: Build and maintain Tableau—or similar—dashboards that guide day-to-day decisions.
    • Statistical foundation: Apply core statistics to confirm patterns and avoid false signals.
    • Problem-solving: Tackle ambiguous questions and master new tools fast.
    • Communication & language: Explain findings clearly in English at CEFR B2 level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s in mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
    • Marketing analytics: Experience analysing paid-channel performance and attribution.
    • API integration: Connect and automate data flows with Google, Facebook, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Python scripts.
    • Visualisation depth: Comfort with advanced Tableau features or other BI tools.
    • Organisation: Keep multiple analyses moving without losing detail.
